Your business gets its own AI brain

It learns how your business works, gets smarter every week, and takes real work off your plate. Within a month it knows more about your operations than a new hire could learn in six.

The gap is growing

Businesses with AI capability are pulling ahead. Businesses without it are working harder for the same results. The gap between the two is becoming unsurvivable.

Hiring can't keep pace

Every new hire costs £30–40k+ and takes months to become useful. For growing businesses, headcount alone can't keep pace with the work piling up.

AI is hard to start

You've seen what AI can do. But you don't have a CTO, you don't have a technical team, and the free tools aren't delivering anything real for your business.

Consultants don't stick around

Traditional consultants audit, deliver a strategy deck, and leave. By the time they're gone, nothing's actually changed in your day-to-day operations.

What your business gets

An AI brain dedicated to your business. Not a chatbot. Not a software tool. A system that understands how you operate and does real work.

Tasks come off your plate

The brain builds capabilities week by week — processing, monitoring, drafting, checking, acting. Each one is a piece of work your team no longer has to do.

Institutional knowledge grows

Every interaction teaches the brain more about your business — your vocabulary, your edge cases, your standards. It compounds. Month six is dramatically more capable than month one.

You stay in control

You have direct conversational access to the brain. You set the priorities. Everything is documented, governed, and auditable. If you ever walk away, the next person picks up exactly where you left off.

How it works

I learn your business

A structured interview to fully define how you operate — your processes, your pain points, your priorities. The brain has real context from day one, not guesswork.

I build capabilities

Week by week, the brain takes on more. You tell me what's eating your time, I build it. Each capability connects to your existing systems and runs within governed boundaries.

The brain compounds

What starts as individual capabilities becomes integrated intelligence. The brain learns your industry, anticipates needs, and handles increasingly complex work. It never stops getting better.

What makes this different

This isn't a chatbot wrapper. It isn't a strategy deck. It's a dedicated AI brain that does real work for your business.

I ran this on my own business first

Not theoretical. I built and ran a business on this exact system — the brain model, the governance, the interview process. It works because I used it myself before offering it to anyone.

A brain, not connected pipes

Automation agencies connect tools together. I deploy AI that understands your business and accumulates institutional knowledge. The difference is judgment — reading, understanding, and acting on information the way a person would.

Everything governed

Every capability is documented, auditable, and portable. No black boxes, no vendor lock-in. If I disappeared tomorrow, the next person picks up exactly where I left off.

Context from day one

Most consultants skip understanding the business. The gap-filling interview means the brain has full operational context from the start — not weeks of discovery before anything gets built.

The person behind the brain

Rob Alsop, founder of Bartram AI

I'm Rob. I'm the AI guy — I bridge the gap between what AI can do and what a business currently does. I spent years building AI systems for my own business: governance infrastructure, knowledge systems, operational capabilities. The whole system that makes AI actually useful for day-to-day operations.

Now I do the same for other businesses. I take on two or three clients at a time, embed properly into each one, and build things that actually work. No overselling, no fear language. Just honest work with genuine care for your business.

Common questions

What does the first week look like?

We start with a structured interview to define how your business operates — processes, pain points, priorities. The brain has full context from day one. By the end of the first week, your first real problem is solved. If not, you get your money back.

What kind of work can the brain do?

Anything that currently takes your team's time and involves reading, understanding, or acting on information — processing emails, generating reports, screening documents, onboarding clients, handling enquiries, monitoring incoming data. If a smart person could do it with the right information, the brain can probably do it faster.

Do I need to understand AI?

Not at all. You tell me what's eating your time, I build the solution. You'll see the results and interact with the brain, but you don't need to understand how it works under the hood.

What if it doesn't work?

First problem solved in 7 days or your money back. After that, you're never locked in — everything I build is documented and portable. The brain's accumulated knowledge belongs to your business.

How many clients do you work with?

Two to three at a time. This is a hands-on, embedded partnership — I need to properly understand your business to build things that work. That means limiting numbers so each client gets real attention.

What happens to my data?

Your data stays in your systems. The brain knows how to reach it and act on it, but it doesn't store or move your data elsewhere. Everything is governed, documented, and auditable.
